The National Aadibasi/Janjati Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2054 (1997) is, hereby, repealed and all movable and immovable property and right and title of the National Aadibasi/Janjati Development Committee formed under that order shall be transferred to the Foundation.
(2) All contract, agreement, lease concluded with the National Aadibasi/Janjati Development Committee formed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been concluded with the Foundation and all act and action
carried out by that Committee shall be deemed to have been carried out by the Foundation.
